A Young Lady Looking For A New Home!

Hello All!

I'm in a bit of a pickle right now and I hope someone out there in cyberspace can help me out! I'm a two year old Dutch rabbit that is looking for a new loving home!

First let me tell you a bit about myself! As I said before I'm a 2 year old girl Dutch bunny and have one of the sweetest personalities you can find!

I'm a tiny little girl, in fact the woman who runs the rescue rescue I'm with now I'm now says that she has guinea pigs bigger than I am!

I love to sit in your lap so that you can pet and love me. I am very afraid of dogs because I was attacked by one when I was only 6 months old. I did suffer some injuries as a result but I'm fully healed and that's all behind me now.

I'm leash trained and love going out for walks in a backyard under supervision of a nice human caretaker.

Julie, my original caretaker says I'm a clean rabbit!

I would like a home that will keep me inside their home   as a member of the family and not outdoors in a hutch. After all, I'll never really get to know you outside, and you'll never get to know my playful personality!

I was in some danger at one point. My second care taker said she planned to "put me down" (YIKES!) if a new home was not found for me by March 21st. Julie, my first caretaker, put the word out and a bunch of folks heeded the call on my behalf!

Thankfully, two New Jersey based rescues and The Rabbit Hutch web site banded together to help me out. As of March 13, 2005 I was no longer in any danger of being "put down" simply because I had become inconvenient! (Whew! That was close, thanks everyone!)

More information as to who to contact for my adoption will be made available soon! Also, I should be up on the Petfinder web site any day now, so watch for me!

Thanks so much!

Love,
Nemo
